Bella events are for dues current members of the Bend Bella Cyclists. Non-members are welcome on their first ride without a membership but must sign a waiver and give it to the ride leader before the ride. Please note that this privilege may only be used once — you must become a member before attending your second Bella ride. To become a member, please join HERE.

Let's do a later season loop around Swamp Wells and Coyote Butte! This 22.5 mile ride is intermediate due to the distance, uphill climbs and some rocky sections to walk or ride. This is a new, never been done (not to my knowledge) by the Bellas, MTB ride through the Metolius Preserve. It's a special place and right now the larch trees will be in all their glory. The ride starts at the Suttle Tie, goes to Suttle Lake, but not around it. We will head toward Camp Sherman on the Lake Creek Trail and then enter the Preserve. Let's do a bit of climbing up to Wanoga and back before the next snow storm! We will start and end at the Welcome Center on Century Drive. The route is 18.6 miles and 1850 in Elevation gain with mostly uphill the first two hours. This 22 mile out and back mountain bike ride is suited to Bellas with some experience. Expect amazing views and fall colors on this rolling riverside trail. We also ride the SR bike trails to the village center. Meet at Dillon Falls trailhead. Don't forget your Forest Service parking pass. This is a advanced beginner ride where we ride through Bend and visit bakeries along the way. It is 10 miles but with 12 riders and stops it takes some time to finish. I HIGHLY recommend you arrive 20 minutes early to get all the info about the ride and how it will all work. The most important thing is we all stay safe.
