Urban/Trail Ride In Bend (Bend Tour)

This ride is a very easy ride in town, your bike must be ridable on dirt trails and pavement. Your mind set is to just enjoy Bend on it’s trails and roads through town…..easy steady pace with a minimal climbing.
The distance is 12.4 miles
We will meet at the Old Rivers Edge Club House on Mt Washington and Club House Parking lot. (If you havent been here before you might want to check it out before hand. ) If you drive up Mt Washington from business 97 for ,2 miles you will see the parking lot on the right.
the ride heads down 1st street rapids trail to Pioneer Park, stay on Deschutes River trail into town. Ride down Brooks Alley to Riverside and Drake Park, ride to surfing area bridge, Ride through Old Mill to Farwell Bend Park and back towards old mill, Take Bond St up to Wilson roundabout and head towards Business hwy 97. Take Wilson to Lark Spur park on Reed Market. Restrooms are open here. This is about 7miles. Take Lark Spur Trail to Bear Creek, Pilot Butte, Neff. Take Neff/Olney to Portland Ave and back to first street rapids trail back to start. It will take about 2 hours with stops.

This will be limited to 8 riders. Masks are strongly encouraged during our pre-ride remarks or keep your distance. This is for vaccinated people only.
You MUST sign up to go on this ride. After you press ATTEND, be sure to fill out the “Complete Your RSVP” form with your cell number and Emergency Contact info, then SUBMIT. Please RSVP by 8pm on Thursday Oct 7th. If needed, please cancel in a timely manner.
*****Bella rides are “no-drop” rides and no one will be left behind. In consideration of others, we ask that you choose a ride that is close to your skill level based on the description given of the ride.
If you choose to leave the group by going significantly faster, or taking a different route, you have an obligation to let the leader know. When you leave the group, you are on your own.
No guests are allowed on this ride. You MUST be a current paid Bella member to attend.
