Sisters Tie Trail – MTB ride – 15 miles

This is one of my favorite trail rides! I love that it is a fun and fairly easy mountain bike ride on single track through the beautiful Deschutes National Forest. However, e-bikes are not allowed.
The trail is 6.5 miles and it is out and back. It’s a gradual uphill to the Indian Ford Campground where we can stop for a snack and a group photo before heading back.
The pace will be a comfortable 6-8mph with stops to regroup as needed. Beginners are welcome. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and you can ride 15 miles.
We will meet at Fir Street Park in Sisters at 10:15 for introductions/information and safety review guidelines.

**We will meet up at The Barn for lunch afterwards for those interested.
For safety, a helmet is required and it is a good idea to wear bright colors for our ride to the trail from the park. It is also helpful to have a whistle in case of emergency.
**You MUST sign up to go on this ride. After you press ATTEND, be sure to fill out “Complete Your RSVP” with your cell phone number, your Emergency contact name and their number then hit SUBMIT. If needed, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the ride so that anyone on the waitlist can attend.
**Rain will cancel this ride. Check meetup by 8:00 on the morning of the ride for any updates.
**Bella rides are “no drop” rides and no one will be left behind. In consideration of others, we ask that you choose a ride that is close to your skill level based on the description.
If you choose to leave the group by going significantly faster, or taking a different route you have an obligation to let the leader know. When you leave the group, you are on your own.
No guests are allowed on this ride. You MUST be a current Bella member to attend.
