Season Opening Week – Advanced Beginner MTN bike ride at Peterson Ridge
April 14, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Spring is here and we are all eager to get out on our bikes! We are not able to have our annual Spring Fling to kick off the riding season but we can have an unofficial opening week with several rides to get everyone excited to get out and ride.
**Note** – for this ride only: Michele F. and Michele B. would like to limit the attendees to riders who have not been on a ride with either of us before. We want to get a chance to meet new riders and give some newer members a chance to get on a ride. If we don’t fill all the slots quickly, we will open it up to everyone.
This is an advanced beginner ride on Peterson Ridge Trail. 10:00 am roll out – back between 12:30-1:00 pm. This will be an easier version of the PRT ride, with a slightly slower pace and taking advantage of the easier route options (Old PRT trail) to avoid some of the more technical sections. About 12 miles and 550 feet of elevation gain. We are starting from the new trailhead off of Three Creeks Rd. so the mileage is a little different than what is shown in the route below:

Also for reference. Note the location of the new trailhead if you are not familiar.

You MUST sign up to go on this ride. After you press ATTEND, be sure to fill out the “Complete Your RSVP” form with your cell number and Emergency Contact info, then press SUBMIT. If needed, please cancel in a timely manner so that someone else can take your spot.
*****Bella rides are “no-drop” rides and no one will be left behind. In consideration of others, we ask that you choose a ride that is close to your skill level based on the description given of the ride.
If you choose to leave the group by going significantly faster or slower, or taking a different route, you have an obligation to let the leader know. When you leave the group, you are on your own.
No guests are allowed on this ride. You MUST be a current paid Bella member to attend.
