Picnic Day MTB ride from Discovery Park

Advanced Beginner MTB ride from Discovery Park
We will meet at Discovery Park to be ready to roll by 9:00.
There are restrooms at the start but not on the route. This ride is about 11 miles, with 640′ of climbing. We will ride from the park on a trail to the Phil’s Trail area. From there, we will ride an easy loop up Kent’s, across KGB to the chicken, then Expressway, KGB, ‘short Marvin’s’ to Cascade Highlands back to the park.
This ride has a bit of climbing and a bit of tech but overall is a pretty easy ride. We should be able to complete this ride in 2 hours to be ready for the picnic.

Cancelation Notice: Rain/Air Quality of 100 or above will cancel this ride. Check meetup by 7:00am on the morning of the ride for any updates.
You MUST sign up to go on this ride. After you press ATTEND, be sure to fill out the “Complete Your RSVP” form with your cell number and Emergency Contact Information, then SUBMIT. If needed, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the ride so that anyone on the waitlist can attend.
***Bella rides are “no-drop” rides and no one will be left behind. In consideration of others, we ask that you choose a ride that is close to your skill level based on the description given of the ride.
***If you choose to leave the group by going significantly faster, or taking a different route, you have an obligation to let the leader know. When you leave the group, you are on your own.
