Bella events are for dues current members of the Bend Bella Cyclists.  Non-members are welcome on their first ride without a membership but must sign a waiver and give it to the ride leader before the ride.  Please note that this privilege may only be used once — you must become a member before attending your second Bella ride.  To become a member, please join HERE.

This is a beautiful, relatively flat ride to Smith Rock starting along the Dry Canyon Trail at Wiegand Family Dog Park, 1429 W Antler St Redmond. There are scenic views of the Cascades as we travel on mostly low traffic roads. We cross Highway 97 in Terrebonne which can be very busy, so be extra careful. Misery Ridge and River Trail is a 4 mile moderately trafficked loop trail near Terrebonne that features the Crooked River and is rated as moderate. The elevation gain is 1,043 feet. Misery Ridge itself is somewhat steep in areas but doable, and there are several switchbacks to the top.
